The Issues page provides an organized view of issues within the LLM app, representing instances where output was incorrect. This page includes:
- Issue Type Groups: Issues are categorized by type for easier identification.
- Issue Description: Detailed context of each issue.
- User Feedback: Tracks both explicit and implicit feedback, including user IDs, time of inquiry, and number of attempts (paraphrases).
- Impact Score: Indicates the severity or impact level of each issue.
- Root Cause: High-level analysis of the underlying cause, such as knowledge gaps or poor prompts.
