Knowledge Holes

Identify Knowledge Holes

A knowledge hole happens when a user's query seeks information that is missing from the context or the vector database. Feedback Intelligence identifies the likelihood of a knowledge hole for each (query, response, context) triplet. It return a number between 0 to 1. Closer to 1 indicates a higher probability that the information is missing from the context.

Detection of knowledge holes in the vector database is coming soon.
