The Impact Score helps AI teams prioritize problems by highlighting those that need urgent resolution. To determine if an issue has a high Impact Score, it's important to understand why the problem exists—whether it's due to a knowledge gap, suboptimal chunk size, or an ineffective prompt. Feedback Intelligence calculates this score based on the number of issues and their root causes, providing a value from 1 to 10. A higher score indicates a more urgent issue, emphasizing the need to address the underlying causes quickly.
